Microsoft Agrees With Apple And Google via TechCrunch. It would seem that companies are beginning to realise what we web people have been saying for a while now – the future is Html 5. The fact that Microsoft, Apple and Google have agreed is that historic or have I moved to a parallel universe? Just need the W3C to get it signed off as standard and away we can all go. I would hope that it can be done soon while they are all agreeing it cannot last…
Will it cause the demise of Adobe? No I don’t think so personally, as they have more products in their arsenal than just Flash. Will it make web designers happy – I would guess so. Not having to learn Flash or having to worry about it has got to be a bonus.
