We have been developing a way that you can purchase maintenance and a support package that will suit you. It is now live. See what we can offer you, like a special offer on annual contracts buy 12 months and get one month free.
Terms and conditions
The support packages includes:
- Half an Hour per month – Lite user
- One hour per month – Average user (recommended)
- Two hours per month – Heavy user.
This is support for you and your website so can include upgrades and fixes, posting content and pictures, organic search engine optimisation and the work for Ad Words campaigns (excludes the cost).
Monthly
If you exceed the monthly quota BBT will use the time allotted for the next month, it can only be rolled forward by one month on a monthly scheme and if you are paying by PayPal.
Any time not used will be rolled over by as many months as necessary until the end of the contract. Monthly roll overs will need to be used if the contract is not to be continued.

Annual
If you exceed the monthly quota BBT will use the time allotted for the next month, it can only be rolled forward by two months for a yearly.
Any time not used will be rolled over by as many months as necessary until the end of the yearly contract and it will either allow for a refund or can be rolled forward to the next annual contract.
